INTRO

A 60 year old automobile business family was planning to launch a car wash business. The real estate where the business was going to be set housed a popular car garage since years.

The objective of the project was to set up the marketing colalteral and digital presence for the business.

RESEARCH

Heuristic studies showed that other competitors managed similar businesses in a very unorganised manner, hence we focused on being one of the first structured car washes in Goa.

Most visitors who drove down to Goa frequently searched online for a car wash, while local customers preferred to sit at the car wash while their vehicles were cleaned. Pick and drop was also a service not provided by competitors.

WHAT WE DID

The viral signboard was the highlight of the project, leading to a huge jump in the number of walk-ins. Basic online presence with clear communication and contact details ensured an increase in inbound calls and appointments. With job cards and signages with fun designs in the air-conditioned lounge, customers were provided a space to relax and wait while their cars got ready. Quirky hang tags in washed cars also engaged customers and increased repeat orders.
