INTRO

Kamat Construction is a leading real estate company in Goa that started in the 1970s, synonymous with quality constructions and boasts of more than 70 successful projects across the state.

With an idea to diversify and create new products in the world of real estate, they were looking at building a young, fresh and bold identity with a new brand.

RESEARCH

Kamat Realty needed to be positioned as a new brand that connected to the parent company and its legacy. Kamat Constructions had already acquired a huge customer base and created a reputation over time, hence our research also focused on understanding the clients of the parent company and their behaviour towards the brand.

The word ‘Kamat’ has also created a feeling of trust and reliability in the real estate space.
