INTRO

Established in 1969, Sher-e-Punjab is Goa’s first Punjabi restaurant, located right in the heart of Panaji city.

The client was looking for a major brand makeover along with redoing all the marketing collaterals of the restaurant.

RESEARCH

Our research was primarily focused on interacting with guests visiting the restaurant for detailed insights.

There was a need to redesign all the restaurant’s marketing collaterals to ensure that they blend with the plush interiors and modern look.

WHAT WE DID

We arrived at the brand name ‘Lusso’ meaning “Luxury” in Italian, a word that conjures up images of sophistication & style. The tagline ‘The Beverage Connoisseurs’ emphasised on ‘Lusso’ being an expert in premium Coffees and Teas. With effective online and offline strategies in place, Lusso was all set to make further gains in the coffee trade.
