INTRO

McEnroe is a leading FMCG company in India. Distributor meets have always occupied a key postion in their marketing strategy. On one of these projects held for the South Zone distributors at the Lalit Golf and Spa in Goa, the marketing team decided to get creative in crowning the King amongst their key partners in distribution.

RESEARCH

The objective of the event was to evoke an ambience of royalty and grandeur for the guests attending the conference.

After intense research, the idea was to immerse them in the experience right from the Airport Terminal all the way to the event venue.

WHAT WE DID

The theme of the Event – ‘King Kaun’ – provided a plethora of opportunities to execute production and entertainment. Entrance archs, photobooths, stage set ups, promoter costumes and entertainment were all curated to offer the experience of lavish royalty. The highlight of th event was a throne on which the royals got a ride from the hostesses and sentinels, with the famous song ‘Azeem O Shaan Shahenshah’ from the film Jodha Akbar playing in the background.
